LLULO wants you to have a wonderful shopping experience. Items are handmade and crafted individually. We are not a manufacturer and we push to make everything as perfect as possible. No one item is the same. At this time, all items are FINAL sale.  We do NOT issue refunds. Once again, we do NOT issue refunds. Please check your order and make sure you have made a final decision.  Any problems that you may face will be answered and dealt with accordingly via email (customerservice@llulo.com)   

[If applicable]: IF 5 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Exchanges (if applicable)


We ONLY exchange items if they are defective or damaged and ONLY for items that have duplicates, within 5 days of delivery. You must send your item back within 5 days as soon as it is stated it is okay to return for exchange in email correspondence. If 5 days have passed, we cannot accept your exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@llulo.com! 


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
